The APEX 4-14x44 FFP features low dispersion lanthanum glass (LHD) with a multi coated lens that reduces chromatic aberrations and color fringing for more contrasting and vivid colors while maintaining optimal clarity.

Why Lanthanum glass? Lanthanum glass elements have been proven to minimize chromatic aberrations, have a higher refractive index and lower dispersion than typical ordinary glass found in products from other optics manufacturers.
